For a safe practice of the activities, you must be able to swim and must have no medical issues related to the practice of white water sports.

The only equipment you need to bring is a swimsuit and closed sport shoes (tennis type or similar).

Aloha Verdon provides you with a guide, complete equipment reaching all European standards:

• Neoprene socks
• Full neoprene or shorty  or both.
• Lifejacket / helmet

All the activities are covered by insurance. Transport back to Castellane is included.
